So far I've managed to get rid of my .emacs file and create a ~/Library/Preferences/Aquamacs Emacs/Preferences.el which is more Mac friendly despite making the whole of my Unix Based Soul hurt.

It does follow Unix principles of recursive directory structure. It follows the Mac Paradigm of making it possilbe to atomically replace an executable, but it does seem somehow "Un-Unixy" to me.

However, it gives me GREAT Emacs integration on my Mac and that makes me VERY happy.

Now lets see how well it works out with Blogmax ;)
